We have two working areas from where we process and dispatch coal materials. One is located in Sijua and the other is at Lakarka.
Our Sijua Siding Location is (Sijua No. 10 More, Behind Sijua Stadium) Sijua, Katras. The area is quite widespread, where there is suitable space for crushing, vehicle loading, and dumping for coal materials for processing and dispatching purposes.
Railway Station is nearby our location; because of this we are able to dispatch coal efficiently and in time reaching crucial coal consumption states of this country.
We provide 24 X 7 Service, which means at all the time and at every circumstance, our team is dedicated to provide and fulfill the demand of coal consumption.
How do we manage?
We have experts at work to manage this vast project of mining, crushing and dispatch of coal. At every site, we have appointed
1. Siding Incharge : - Major aspects of maintaining siding working module, workers and machine maintenance, is the responsibilities of siding incharge.
2. Munshi : - All the accounting aspects related to coal dispatch, delivery and work order related, and Profit & Loss A/C is maintained by an expert Munshi ji, whom we have appointed, one unique for each siding.
3. Operator : - An expert and level headed operator is required for operating those heavy machineries, that’s why we have appointed skilled operators, who are well versed in their work and have the experience of operating the particular machinery for coal operation.
4. Helper : - Every operator is provided with a helper to maintain the work load management. So that one worker doesn’t feel the pressure of handling the heavy machines for a long period of time, there are timely shifts for the vehicle operators, and helpers are the much needed extra hands which maintain our work order and efficient management.
5. Verification Officer : - We also have appointed an verification officer, who maintains the vehicle health by regular checkups on the various loading and dumping vehicles to ensure that the vehicle are in idle conditions and to maintain them so they can perform for extended period of time.

Tata Steel leased six coal mines with metallurgical coal in Jharia coalfield between 1910 and 1918, These are grouped in two locations � Sijua and Jamadoba. The Bhelatand colliery of the Sijua Group was then acquired. Subsequently in 1918, Tata Steel acquired Malkera and Sijua as well as Jamadoba, Digwadih and 6&7 Pits Collieries of the Jamadoba Group.
