TRIPPER LOADING

Tripper loading: - Travelling tripper is designed for unloading and storage of bulk materials throughout the length of the warehouse. It is used together with belt conveyor. The tripper is provided in the conveying system to stack the material at the desired location on the conveyor with the help of chute/chutes fitted to the tripper. The tripper is provided with wheels, which move on rails, placed parallel to conveyor on each side. These trippers have a rigid welded steel frame to resist shock and minimize distortion.

A dump truck, known also as a dumper truck or tipper truck, is used for taking dumps (such as sand, gravel, or demolition waste) for construction as well as coal. A typical dump truck is equipped with an open-box bed, which is hinged at the rear and equipped with hydraulic rams to lift the front, allowing the material in the bed to be deposited.

How is it done?

Step – 1

Well the very first phase starts from where the coal is risen from the coal mines and plants, which then are carried by loading vehicles to the loading point.

Step – 2

When the coal material reaches the loading point by the carriers, after that the coal is unloaded to the large carriers which then travel to the dumping station to unload.

Step – 3

At the dumping station, coals are dumped by the large carriers.

Step – 4

After coming to dumping station, the coal is then further refined by processing it through the crusher machine.

Step – 5

After the coal is finalized by crushing, according to work order – The coal is dispatched.

Step – 6

At the end of every month RR Report is generated by B.C.C.L
